The Greys Platinum series of lines, with its shorter head length, is designed to allow all anglers to generate high line speed and easy distance with minimal false casts, even in areas with limited backcast space. A full-size heavy head design and low running line diameter ensure long, easy casts and positive turnover with minimal effort. Smooth, slick coatings and excellent handling feel make these lines a pleasure to fish with. Platinum is designed as a two-tone line that shows the optimal shoot point and is equipped with a slim, neat, welded loop for easy leader attachment. Included in the Platinum series is a specialized pike taper with a powerful front taper and overweighted head to handle the largest pike flies.
