Q: When will you ship my order?
A: We pack and ship all orders recieved before 1 PM (GMT+1) the same day. Heavy sales season might add an extra day. If your order placed after 1 PM, we ship it the next working day.
Q: Can I track my shipment?
A: Ofcorse! Once your order left our warehouse you will recieve a tracking e-mail. It might take 12-24 hours until the next update which is when it come to the closest delivery terminal on the way to you.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Unlikely since we often pack and ship orders within 1-3 hours, the window for cancellation is very limited. You can return the product by contact our support ofcorse!
Q: Delivery time?
A: Since we ship to the whole of EU, it can surely vary. But packing and shiping is done within 24 hours and then 1-3 days until it reaches all countries. Dependning on if you live in a big or smaller city, the delivery trucks are not delivering 5 days a week to your service point which can cause a slight delay if unlucky. But overall: From placement to delivery: 3-5 days.
Q: Shipping cost?
A: This is shown in the checkout. No extra shipping cost is occuring. However, if you wish to make a return or aren´t able to pick up your order from the service point. A small deduction of the purchase price will be done when your order is returned to our warehouse before we return the rest of the money to you.
Q: Can I trust this store?
A:Valid point! When ordering from new/unknown websites it´s always clever to double check so it looks legit. Northern Tackle is originally a fishing newspaper in Sweden founded 1974 (Therefor the "Northern" in our name..) And since then we been giving our news magazines for over 50 years (10-15 each year) and have a big community in Sweden with a online news paper as well ("www.Fiskejournalen.se"). 2019 we decided to go all in with bringing our huge expertise in fishing to the e-commerce universe and been rocking it since!
